Plastic waste disposal

Plastic products and packing materials, produced on the basis of crude oil, are flooding the markets all over the world today, yet they are indispensable for our daily life. Most of these plastic products, however, transform into an almost uncontrolable waste mass within a short time. 20% of waste which currently ends up in landfill is non-degradable plastic. Handling and gasification of this plastic waste are an environmental hazard and require very high expenditures, as well as its transportation to landfills.

A patented recycling system offered by us converts these waste plastics into high grade “green” distillate fuel. Applying our technology not only landfills and our environment are eased, but also substantial profits will be generated.

Various methods have been tried and tested to process waste plastics since the early 70’s, with recycling becoming the most common, reflecting the needs of the time. Plastics that cannot be processed are handled by waste management companies by normal landfilling or gasification. In recent years, the building or expanding of gasifiers has become difficult due to opposition from governments and community groups with environmental concerns, most notably the levels of emissions.

Recycling plastic waste into the production requires, however, a lot of work and expenses. For this reason, a significant part of the plastic waste below minimum quality requirements is never recycled. To make the situation worse, the proportion of this “useless” part of the material is constantly increasing as higher stages of industrial development are achieved.

Liquefaction of plastic waste is a superior method of reusing this “useless” resource. The distillate product is an excellent fuel thus making our system one of the best economically feasible and environmentally sensitive systems in the world today. Profits realized by using or marketing the self produced “green” fuel replace earlier expenditures related to disposing of plastic residues.

Liquefaction fuels are used as fuel for diesel burners, trucks and generators, as well as co-generators.
